1. The service

HSK Flight (on Google Play “HSK 3.0 Chinese Word Game”) is an app for preparing for the HSK 3.0 Chinese exam. It is provided “as is”. We work to keep the content accurate, but do not guarantee any exam result.

2. Your account

You may sign in with an e-mail and password or with Google. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account).

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the server, to access other people’s accounts, or to use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Subscriptions

All features are currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their price, period and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and billed through the store you install the app from.

5. Content

The app’s design, code and texts belong to the developer. HSK vocabulary follows the official HSK 3.0 syllabus; third-party data is used under its licenses.

6. Liability and changes

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Privacy is covered by the privacy policy.

HSK Flight — приложение для подготовки к экзамену HSK 3.0, предоставляется «как есть», результат экзамена не гарантируется. Входить можно по почте и паролю или через Google; пароль храните в тайне; пользоваться можно с 13 лет; аккаунт удаляется в любой момент (Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт). Нельзя пытаться взломать или перегрузить сервер, входить в чужие аккаунты и использовать приложение незаконно — такие аккаунты мы можем заблокировать. Сейчас все функции бесплатны; если появятся платные планы, цена и условия будут показаны до покупки. Дизайн, код и тексты принадлежат разработчику. Условия могут обновляться — актуальная дата вверху. Данные — в политике конфиденциальности.
