Delete your HSK Flight account

App: HSK Flight, on Google Play “HSK 3.0 Chinese Word Game” (com.wordsgame.hsk).

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and tap your avatar (top right) to open Profile.
2. Open the Settings tab and tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted from our server at once.

By e-mail (if you no longer have the app)

Write to 1inverseservices@gmail.com with the subject “HSK Flight: delete account”, from the address you signed in with. We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done. To delete only your progress and keep the account, use the subject “HSK Flight: delete data”.

What is deleted

• the account: e-mail, password hash, name and Google link;
• learning progress, settings and session results stored for sync;
• app usage events and push tokens linked to the account.

Nothing linked to your account is kept. Data on the phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. See the privacy policy.

В приложении (сразу)

1. Нажмите на аватар справа вверху — откроется Профиль.
2. Вкладка Настройки → внизу Удалить аккаунт.
3. Подтвердите — аккаунт и все его данные сразу удалятся с сервера.

По почте

Напишите на 1inverseservices@gmail.com с темой «HSK Flight: удалить аккаунт» с адреса, под которым входили. Удалим в течение 30 дней и ответим. Чтобы удалить только прогресс, оставив аккаунт, — тема «HSK Flight: удалить данные».

Что удаляется

Аккаунт (почта, хэш пароля, имя, связь с Google), прогресс, настройки и результаты занятий, события использования и push-токены, связанные с аккаунтом. Ничего связанного с аккаунтом не остаётся. Данные на телефоне удаляются вместе с приложением. Подробнее — в политике конфиденциальности.
